I'm an Indian foodie who spends a lot of her free time reading about food, eating, watching cooking shows and of course, cooking! I'm going to use this blog to chronicle any interesting and delicious food that I make.
It is named after my favorite spice - kasoori methi - which are dried fenugreek leaves and are used in North Indian cooking.
